FABRIC: Viscose

SIZING: Free Size 8-22

Viscose, also known as rayon, is a soft, lightweight fabric that mimics the feel of natural fibers like cotton or silk. However, it requires special care to maintain its softness and prevent damage.

Washing

• Hand Wash: It's best to wash viscose garments by hand in cold water. Use a mild detergent and gently agitate the fabric.
• Machine Wash (if necessary): If machine washing is needed, place the item in a mesh laundry bag on a delicate cycle with cold water. Avoid harsh detergents.
• Avoid Soaking: Soaking viscose can weaken the fibers, causing the fabric to lose shape or shrink.

Drying

• Air Dry: Viscose should never be tumble-dried as it is prone to shrinking. Lay the garment flat on a towel to dry or hang it to air dry away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid Wrinkles: To minimize wrinkles, reshape the garment while it is still damp.

Ironing

• Low Heat: If ironing is needed, use the lowest heat setting. Iron the garment inside-out to avoid direct heat on the fabric.
• Steam: Steaming is a safer option as it helps reduce wrinkles without pressing the fibers directly.

Storage

• Hang or Fold: Store viscose garments by hanging them up or folding them neatly. Avoid overcrowding to prevent wrinkles.

Key Tips

• Avoid using bleach or fabric softener, as these can damage the fibers.
• Be cautious with friction—excessive rubbing can cause pilling.

If you are not completely happy with your SHE STREET purchase, we will happily issue a credit voucher if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please note that all FINAL SALE purchases are final. There is no return on FINAL SALE items.

We have a user-friendly Returns Portal where you can lodge your return. The link to this can be found at the bottom of the steps.

Please see the steps for this process below:

STEP 1 - Click the LODGE A RETURN button at the bottom of this page (once you have read all the following steps and the below terms and conditions).

STEP 2 - Enter your Order # and Email address (or Phone number) associated with your order.

STEP 3 - Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for your return.

STEP 4 - Next, select the option to receive your Store Credit.

STEP 5 - Shipping Instructions will be shown once you have submitted the above information. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email authorising your return. Please then post your garment(s) as per the emailed information.

STEP 6 - Once we receive your garment(s), we will check and confirm (usually within 2-4 working days of receiving), and you will be sent your Store Credit.

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By processing a return through the application below you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

To be issued a Credit Voucher, please ensure that your item(s) are in their original condition and the original labels and swing tags are attached to the garment. Please note that garments returned with the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder, or other odours will not be accepted.

All returned items are inspected on receipt and, if not in their original condition, will be returned to the sender.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that you return your item(s) with tracking and that you keep a copy for your records. Please note that return shipping is at your expense and SHE STREET does not issue credit for shipping costs (unless faulty).

Your credit note will be sent to you via email usually within 3 days of receipt.

• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used in multiple transaction.

• Your store credit is for the item value only and does not cover shipping costs.

• Your store credit is super versatile and can be used in conjunction with any other discounts or SALES we have on offer at that time.

Exchange

Unfortunately, due to the fast turnover of stock and separate warehousing, we are unable to set styles/sizes aside. Please use your credit code to purchase your exchange. Please note that the shipping fee will be at your expense.

Faulty Items

As per the ACCC guidelines, in the event you have received a faulty item, we will replace the garment for you ASAP. If we are unable to replace the item, we will refund the purchase.

Faulty return postage costs will be covered by SHE STREET.

If your fabulous items from She Street are not exactly what you were looking for or you’ve simply had a change of heart then please follow the really easy return steps below:

• Make sure the item/s you are returning have been received within the past 14 days.

• Please ensure the item/s is unworn & clean with labels attached and in a sellable condition.

• Return postage is at your expense. Make sure your order is sent via a secure methods of post, as we cannot offer any reimbursement until we have received the item/s.
